Fire District open house Saturday

The Williamstown Fire District will host its annual Fire Prevention Week open house on Saturday, October 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Water Street fire station.
This year’s theme is “Stay Fire Smart.” The department will showcase its brand new SAFE/Sprinkle House with state-of-the-art residential sprinkler demonstrations. There will be fun and games, balloons, stickers, refreshments, and appearances by Sparky the Fire Dog and his friend Smokey the Bear. Also participating will be the Forest Wardens, Williamstown Police Department, and Village Ambulance Service.
