Health care proxy

Judy Bombardier and Jane Wilson, Licensed Social Workers from Williamstown Commons, and Deb Creedy, Director of Social Work at NARH, will be at the Harper Center at noon on Friday, January 29, to talk about Health Care Proxies. A health care proxy is a legal document which allows the appointment of someone to make health care decisions on your behalf should you become unable to communicate for yourself. Sample proxies will be available for discussion and to complete if desired.
