Morgan Management Motion for Injunctive Relief

Morgan MHP Mass, LLC filed in Superior Court on November 16 against the State and the Town for injunctive relief at The Spruces. One of the eight actions on Page 13 is directed at the Town: that the Town remove by whatever means available those individuals residing in condemned homes.  Link to full complaint here (8MB).
