The Community Preservation Committee, working in conjunction with the Planning Board, proposed an Open Space Residential Development by-law for consideration at the Annual Town Meeting on May 20, 2008. The Planning Board proposed an amendment to the Tourist Business zoning along Cold Spring Road for consideration at the Annual Town Meeting on May 20, 2008.
