Spruces HMGP grant documents received

The Selectmen have not voted to accept the grant pending agreement with Morgan Management on the disposition of the land and funds, sorting out grant mechanics with FEMA/MEMA, and the involvement of the Massachusetts Attorney General.

It’s not too late! The Friends of David and Joyce Milne Public Library 25th annual used book sale, silent auction, and cafe continues Saturday, April 20, at the Williamstown Elementary School gymnasium, School Street, Williamstown. Hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Bidding for Silent Auction items closes at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, but the high bidder need not be present to win. New this year is the raffle of an iPad2. For more information on the sale and to see examples of auction items, visit the Friends website at milnelibraryfriends.org. All proceeds help the Friends fund library collections, children’s programming, technology upgrades, and professional development.
